Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days if unworn and in original packaging. Please see below for more information on our refund&return policy.
RETURN PROCESS FOR REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund:
- For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to support@KEZONO.comwith your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Note:
- Orders Must be Returned within 30 Days Purchased
- Must Unused & in its Original Packaging with Tags
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs
- You will not be refunded if returned worn or damaged
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7-21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For Refunds, money will be refunded in the same way as your pay at our website.
If we do not receive proof of postage we will be unable to refund or send the replacement until we have received the returned order.
For exchange, upon sending us your proof of postage by email, please supply details of the exchange request ( I.e. change of size or product) in the same email.
CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us within 12 hours of order. Note orders are processed and packed as they come in and in some cases, this may be too late to cancel and you will need to wait to return it.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
